VERY VERY disappointed in the Genie Bra I am a DDD and it does not fit correctly or hold you up at all gavethem to another person who could actually wear them though she also stated the Bra had absolutely no support.
My Sister In Law ordered 3 Genie bras about 6 months ago.They had to send a money order and it has been cashed. I have called waited on hold for 26 minutes only for them to give me a big run around.I feel they were totally taken advantage of. 6 months later no bras and the money order has been cashed. Im not impressed

That is what the BBB is for they are wonderful and no company wants a bad review from them ever. Do you have a receipt for the money order? Just give the BBB all the info you can. Contact the nearest one to you or better yet nearest to where you sent the money order. Start by going to the BBB website and see if they are listed as creditable.

do NOT buy this product these people charged my credit card 3x more than what I was told over the phone my bill would be and when I called to question it I basically got the run around, every person I talk to say they couldn’t help me in fact my bill wasn’t on their records SCAM! DON’T BE FOOLED!!!

I’m very happy & feel that I definitely got my money’s worth with the Genie Bra!
I’m large busted & recently put on some weight. My underwire bra quickly became uncomfortable, even painful to wear. Until I could go buy a new one, I was happy to come across the Genie Bra.
It’s very comfortable, so it’s great to wear as a sleep bra, with leisure wear or with street clothes. The material is silky, so my tops fall nicely over it (no “holding on” to my tops as with cotton bras). It has a generous fit around the shoulder and bust as advertised. And, after trying a competing brand, I liked the Genie Bra’s optional inserts (for modesty).
Although it keeps me in place very nicely, it does lack upright support, so it’s not terribly flattering on me. The construction of the bra directly between my breasts is weak, so it stretches & narrows out as my bust fills the cups. Vertical coverage ends up being quite minimal, about 3″ at the center, unlike the more generous looking coverage it boasts in the photos on the box & on TV.
But, I got just what I wanted and expected:

*but with enough support to keep me “in place”. I can wear it with my street clothes. It doesn’t look spectacular, but it looks just fine.
*that wouldn’t showcase my back or arm fat
*that could be thrown in the washer & dryer on any setting
*that came in good bra colors (black and nude)
*that is invisible and sleek under any top
*that wasn’t expensive
*and a bonus: a sleeper bra! After sleeping in expensive, high quality bras all these years to avoid future sagging, I have some very soft but still supportive sleep bras. Now my nice bras will last twice as long
As with all of my As Seen On TV purchases, to avoid any mail order problems, I bought these at the drug store, and to avoid disappointment, I bought them only with *my needs* in mind, and pretty much ignored the over-the-top claims made in the ads.
I knew that for this bra to be all they claimed it was, it would have had to be sewn from several different pieces, ($$$)and since it’s wasn’t, I had a pretty good idea of what I could expect. I’ve also washed each one several times. As long as they’re in a hosiery bag, they hold up great. I paid about $10 each for 2 bras & will be buying some the 3 pack if I see it in the store.
Very disappointed as it claimed it was the best bra for all sizes! I wear a 36C I got a large, it was too small. I s/ hv looked @ the reviews b/4 I bought this product. I w/ not reccommend this to anyone thats for sure!

I purchased a double set of bras (2 x 3) ($134.82) and while I am only just ok with the fit and comfort of the product, I am bitterly disappointed in the fact that the bottom band rolls up all the way around, leaving a bulky roll under my clothing. Why do manufacturers make these statements if they are untrue. Not happy!

GET IT!!!! I did not want to do the s/h on the interent to try it. Found a 2 pack at Bed, Bath & Beyond w/ my 20% coupon. Came home, try it on and its fits soooo comfortable. It’s a keeper and plan on buying more to replace my regular bras. Buy it like you would a blouse size. I got the XL which is a size 14 for a blouse. Its so comfortable and for sure no back fat. Very smooth.
I did not think it would do as they said. Bad me!!! I’m telling the girls at work tomorrow!
I got mine off ebay to try, same size as this comment. I will be getting some more (mine didn’t come with any pads, but the comfort is worth the lack of boobular separation), these are not for a romantic dinner out, but they are perfect for everyday LIFE! (a little roll-up in front, but better posture helps, LOL)
I was Charged twice, though it may have been my fault. I called and the lady was very helpful and said it looked like i had made 2 orders. I said that i only wanted the one order. Seemed like she had it under control.. However, both orders were cancelled, so no genie bras for me… i usually buy lane bryant bras in size 42 G.. being that large chested, i was interested in trying these bras out b/c they claim to fit any size… i saw a 1X in k-mart, took it out of the box and looked at it… makes me think even the 4x wouldn’t cover me…
“DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!” This is the ‘worst’ bra I have ever bought! I don’t understand the women with full breasts who agree that this bra helps support any part of your breasts. The bra rolls off the shoulders and doesn’t cover what needs to be covered. There is no support if you have full breasts. It boasts being able to support DDD sizes and buy your dress size but I can only imagine it supporting AAA sizes. Aggravated and disappointed to say, “The bra doesn’t deliver anything that the informercial purposes!”
I ordered the genie bras on December 26 and got a shipping notice on January 9th. The last thing on the tracking shows that they were sitting at my local post office as of LAST WEDNESDAY. It is now Tuesday, almost a week later. The shipping status shows that they were to be delivered by today or earlier. I have no way of knowing where my bras are or when I will get them. I am disappointed that they are shipped through the regular mail and that I can not track them any further. I will be contacting Customer Service tomorrow. Not a good start.
STILL WAITING FOR THE RIGHT SIZE! My normal bra size is a 38D so I ordered a 2X. After waiting two weeks for delivery, I was disappointed that the cup size wasn’t large enough. My breasts were squished together with a huge cleavage crack line. I called the company for an exchange to the 3X. I would say that you should order at least one size larger than your normal sports bra size. By the way, the customer service rep was very nice and efficient!
I bought my Gene bra at bed bath and beyond, some how I lost my receipt, I bought 2x, the center padding moves alot and it rolls on me, I called to see if maybe I could exchange it for a bigger size and was told that they did not carry a 3x, I was very disappointed.

I was planning on buying 6 of these for my wife cuz her underwires are bothering her. After reading the feedback , I will opt out of this deal. And then the clincher was $103.92 for shipping and handling???? that’s utterly ridiculous , especially if they are sending them through the USPS and they have their flat rate shipping boxes for like 5 or 6 dollars.
